The Office of Information Technology provides technology leadership, services, and management to support MSDE program missions. The Office provides leadership by developing and implementing technology plans, strategies, policies, and standards designed to maximize the benefits of MSDE technology investments.

The Office delivers customer care, network management, systems development and hosting, technology education, research and development, project management, and consulting services to MSDE executives, programs, and staff. The Office manages MSDE technology projects, contracts, human resources, and hardware and software assets.
