Queen Anne's County/Lisa Scott – 3rd Grade Teacher at Bayside Elementary School

Lisa Scott is a dynamic, motivating third grade teacher at Bayside Elementary School in Queen Anne's County. During her ten-year career, she has taught fifth grade and has been a Title I parallel teacher. Lisa has served on a variety of state and county-level committees such as Reviewing Voluntary State Curriculum, Reporting to Parents, Teacher Compensation, and Planning Time. For most of her career, Lisa has been a School Improvement Team member and a grade-level team leader. She has provided training on Motivational Strategies, Literature Circles, Guided Reading, and Reading Integration. Lisa obtained a Masters Degree in Curriculum/Instruction and she resides with her husband in Annapolis.
