Tamra Baurys, 4th grade
Caroline County - Greensboro Elementary School 

Tamra began her teaching career at Greensboro Elementary School. Throughout her fifteen years of experience in the classroom, she has taught first, second, third, fourth, and fifth grades. She obtained two Masters Degrees from Wilmington College, one in School Leadership and Instruction and the other in Literacy. She says "my heart tells me each day that when I chose teaching as my career, it was a smart choice. I love what I do and couldn't imagine doing anything else."
