Milken Award Winner, October 28, 2005

Kelly Smith of Dulaney High School in Baltimore County wins the $25,000 Milken Award from the Milken Family Foundation. Smith, an educator for 18 years, chairs the English Department at Dulaney. The 'no-strings-attached' award is one of 100 given to teachers across America each year.
