Maryland State Superintendent Lillian M. Lowery will visit a pair of the State’s top schools on Tuesday, April 14, as part of her annual Blue Ribbon Tour of Excellence. 

Dr. Lowery will visit two of Maryland’s latest Blue Ribbon Schools: Smithsburg High School in Washington County and Kemptown Elementary in Frederick County.  Both schools have had remarkable histories of high achievement.
